Assessment & Planning (3 weeks):
We performed a thorough assessment of Apollo Pharmaceuticals’ SAP HANA environment, identifying the scope, resources, and requirements for the migration.
Data Mapping & Transformation (4 weeks):
Foogi’s team mapped the data structure from SAP HANA to Google BigQuery, ensuring compatibility and transforming data to fit BigQuery’s cloud architecture.
Cloud Setup & Configuration (2 weeks):
We set up the Google BigQuery environment, configuring it for optimized performance, storage, and security according to Apollo’s specifications.
Data Migration & Testing (6 weeks):
The migration was completed in incremental phases, with thorough testing and data validation conducted at each stage to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Production Transition & Post-Migration Support (2 weeks):
The final stage involved transitioning the migrated data to production, followed by fine-tuning and providing ongoing support and training to ensure Apollo Pharmaceuticals could maximize the use of their new system.
